Shipping and Collect

Shipping usually takes place within 1-2 working days, after receipt of payment. For each item, you can find a term within which your order is normally shipped. Please note: This is not the delivery period, as the delivery period varies from country to country, we cannot give an exact delivery period and therefore choose the period within which your order will be packed and shipped to us.


For items that have been pre-ordered and paid for, shipping is done as soon as the items are delivered to us. If you wish, you can always ask for an estimate of the delivery date.
Sometimes it may happen that an item is not available after all, in which case you will be informed immediately and receive a refund.
Items ordered in advance must also be paid for in advance to ensure that the items are reserved for you. 


Shipping and packaging costs for Belgium up to 20 kg: €5.95
Rates for large and bulky deliveries are on request. (more than 20 kg per parcel or outside dimensions)

Participation in the shipping and packaging costs for the Netherlands up to 20 kg: €8.95
Rates for large and bulky deliveries are on request. (more than 20 kilograms per parcel or outside dimensions)

For orders under 10€, we charge an additional surcharge of 2.50€ as additional participation in the shipping and packaging cost. If you opt for pick-up, this surcharge will be refunded.


Collection is free and is possible by appointment.

We do not have a shop or showroom where you can select the articles. It is therefore pointless to drop by without pre-ordering or telephone contact. 
The order must be placed online in advance, after which we will prepare your order from our warehouse for collection.
We will contact you via email (be sure to check your junk mail*) when your order is ready and then set a pick-up time with you.
PLEASE NOTE: we do not have a payment terminal, so prepayment via the website is most convenient. 
*When we send you an e-mail, these mails often end up in your junk mailbox (Spam) the first time: be sure to check your junk mails in the hours and days after you place an order, so that you don't miss an e-mail, should we want to contact you with a problem with your order, your details, to arrange an appointment for pick-up, ...The best thing you can do then is to add the e-mail address to your safe senders, so that you won't miss any e-mails from us in the future.

Shipping costs for EU countries are always shown when you go to the shopping basket. The cost you see is therefore the exact cost. 
Shipping costs for bulky and heavy packages ( +20kilograms) are on request, or will be charged to you after your order.

For orders under 10€, we charge an extra 2.50€ as an additional participation in the shipping and packaging costs.


We deliver worldwide! Shipping costs outside the EU and worldwide, are on request. 
Due to VAT regulations, we will send you a separate payment request excluding VAT: We are not authorised to collect VAT for packages outside the EU, the customer is responsible for paying VAT and any import duties in their own country.

Shipping costs for the US are the exact cost, these do not include VAT.
